Dr. Roham is an excellent doctor! He is very honest and has great bedside manners. My mom and I have had surgical procedures done by him and we are both extremely happy with our results. He was very realistic with all patient expectations and delivers great results!

I got lipo 360, chin lipo, tummy tuck and a BBL. Dr. Roham is so patient and gave me exactly what I asked for. This review is long overdue! Dr. Tim Roham and his staff not only met my expectations but exceeded them. He performed a tummy tuck with contour on me. I am a mother of 5 and a Personal Trainer. My passion is fitness and nutrition as a lifestyle. Not a fad or a diet. Yet I could not get rid of my stubborn mommy belly and stretch marks. No matter what I ate or what kind of exercises I did, my belly would not tighten. Dr. Roham removed most of my stretchmarks and tighten my skin while removing the stubborn fat. For the first time in 28yrs I can wear low jeans or a half top or even reach for something without worrying about my stomach showing. Now I want to let it show! I am more confident and I feel that now all the discipline I put into my fitness and health every day is elevated with the decision to allow Dr Roham to perform this tummy tuck. In addition to the amazing results, he himself is an excellent, kind, concerning doctor who allows access to him even months after the procedure for any follow-up concerns or questions. He diligently seeks the patient’s happiness with the final results. And did I mention his staff? From the San Clemente office to the Santa Ana office, his staff is friendly, communicative, and assuring. First let’s talk about Dr Ali being the coolest doctor I’ve ever dealt with. Most importantly, THE Best Board Certified Plastic Surgeon- EVER! He is honest with you & that’s what is most important. Most surgeons just go based on what you tell them and they wont mention important details on how your implants may look on you. I’ve looked around for many surgeons & Dr.Ali was the one! He’s amazing, funny, & makes it about you! When I went for my consultation last month I didn’t not hesitate, I set up my appointment and paid a deposit because he made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted and looking for. Whenever he sees you in the room he’s very respectful and always confirms if that’s what you’re looking for. I did my surgery today, and I honestly can’t wait for my results. THANK YOU DR. I had a great experience with Dr. Roham throughout my entire breast reduction experience. He was attentive and answered all my questions. I also texted him after hours a few times and he was super responsive. His staff is also so kind and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this center more! Looking forward to more procedures in the future.

Dr. Ali was amazing. I got lipo 360 as well as a tummy tuck. After having twins I finally decided 16 years later to work on me. After losing some weight I decided to get rid of all that extra skin from my pregnancy. Let me tell you I am so happy I went with Dr. Ali. We made a plan and the results were amazing. So happy. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me for the best results. I would definitely recommend him for any procedure you may want.

I came in to see Dr. Ali Roham last year for a breast augmentation and the girls in the office are all so friendly and super sweet! Dr. Ali Roham and his staff were very informative and answered any questions that I had. I was really indecisive on what size to go with, but they made sure I went with the size I was most comfortable with. I had even called back to change my mind about the size (even though they had already ordered the size I had initially wanted) and were super nice about it. Post surgery, I had a lot of questions and Dr. Ali Roham was super quick to respond to everything. I would highly recommend Dr. Ali Roham as he is super professional and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all.
